Some people crack jokes always, some will ask questions even when its not necessary, some people argue, some people struggle give the latest news first,
For Eg: Last week i went to a photo shoot in my company , there the entire team of around 100 members was assembled to have the annual photo shoot. Once the team gathered people started cracking jokes, teasing others, commenting/joking loudly...all this in attempt to create an impreson.
Some people are always up-to-date with the latest happenings that they spend significant amount of time of their life updating themselves no because they are in need of that knowledge but want to be the first to convey the news to their friends and there by gaining an impreson.
Next the question comes, why do we want to impress? What reaction will the impreson cause?

Last week, when i had to work a saturday i was furious and working in anger, but when my manager praised for my work i was so happy that he got impressed by my actions, when asked can you work on sunday as well, i happily said yes!! True :-)
So guys, praise everyone but keep in mind that too much of anything including "praise" loose its value. Praise selectively and with in the context.
